03 · Does this discount apply to all orders?
This flash promotion started at 12:00 AM on Saturday, 12 September 2026.
All orders placed after this time and before the promotion ends are eligible to receive the $200 delivery discount.
04 · How do I use the discount when ordering through your Online Store?
Simply enter SAVE200 in the discount code field at checkout.
The $200 delivery discount will then be applied to your order.
05 · How do I use this discount for a custom vanity ordered via email?
During the promotion, we'll apply the discount to your quote.
06 · Does the promotion apply Australia-wide?
Yes.
07 · What if my delivery charge is usually less than $200?
The promotional discount is limited to up to the value of the applicable delivery charge.
For example, if the usual delivery fee to your area is $150, this discount will reduce your delivery charge to $0.
The remaining $50 cannot be redeemed, transferred, refunded or applied to another part of your order.
08 · What if my postcode doesn't generate an instant delivery rate at checkout?
Please contact us with your delivery postcode and order details.
We'll obtain a real-time delivery price for you and apply the discount to your order.

09 · Why aren't delivery rates available for all postcodes at checkout?
We're based on the Gold Coast, and delivery charges for bulky items like vanities vary significantly between metro, regional, rural, and remote areas across Australia.
Depending on your location, the size of your vanity, and the number of vanities in your order, we may need to obtain delivery estimates from the carrier to find you the best available rate.
In some areas, collecting your order from your nearest freight depot may be more affordable than home delivery. In that case, we'll get prices for both options so you can compare.
If instant delivery rates are not shown for your address at checkout, please contact us with your postcode and order details, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

10 · Can this discount be applied to an existing order?

The discount applies to orders placed after the above time.
It cannot be applied retrospectively to previously placed or paid orders.
11 · Can I use this discount with another discount or promotion?
Unless otherwise stated, SAVE200 cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, sale, delivery promotion or promotional offer.
12 · If I collect the vanity, can I apply the $200 discount to the price of the vanity?
No. This discount applies to delivery charges only and cannot be transferred to the price of the vanity.

The SAVE200 delivery discount is offered by Custom Vanity for a limited time. Eligible orders may receive up to $200 off the applicable delivery charge.

This promotion started at 12:00 AM on Saturday, 12 September 2026, and applies to all vanity orders placed after this time and during the promotional period. This includes vanities purchased through our Online Store, as well as vanity orders quoted or arranged directly with us via email.

For eligible Online Store purchases, customers must enter promotional code SAVE200 at checkout for the discount to be applied.

For orders arranged via email, the promotional discount will be applied to the applicable delivery charge.

The maximum promotional discount is $200 per eligible order. If the applicable delivery charge is less than $200, the discount will be limited to the value of that delivery charge.

If the promotional discount exceeds the applicable delivery charge, any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, transferred, exchanged for store credit or applied to another product, order or charge.

SAVE200 applies to delivery charges only and cannot be applied to the purchase price of the vanity, upgrades, additional products, or other charges.

The promotion applies to eligible orders being delivered to Australian addresses only. Delivery remains subject to our current third-party freight network and serviceable locations.

If a postcode does not generate an instant delivery quote at checkout, please contact us with your delivery location and order details. We'll obtain an applicable delivery quote and apply the advertised SAVE200 discount.

Our standard delivery conditions continue to apply. For safety reasons, third-party deliveries are strictly limited to the ground floor and will be made as far as safely accessible by the driver. The promotional discount applies to the original delivery charge only. Re-delivery fees, futile attempt fees, and any other additional fees charged by the carrier remain the customer's responsibility.

SAVE200 cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed or paid for.

Unless otherwise stated, SAVE200 cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, delivery promotion or promotional offer.

The SAVE200 promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another order or converted to store credit.

Custom Vanity reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the promotion at any time, provided this does not affect orders already accepted under the promotion.
