Professional installation will need to be arranged separately.

A licensed builder or carpenter will be able to assist you.

Lead times vary depending on the vanity design and finish.

For ready-to-buy designs in our online store, the current estimated lead time is listed on each product page.

Custom Quotes

01 · How do I get a quote?

Simply complete the contact form on our Get a Quote page.

We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

02 · I don't have my exact measurements yet. Can you give me an estimate?

Yes. If you're in the early stages of planning, we can use your rough dimensions for the initial estimate and refine the details from there.

03 · The vanities in your online store are 1500mm long. I need 1450mm. Can you do that?

Yes, we’re custom joiners and can build whatever size you need.

When quoting, we use Length (L) × Width (W) × Height (H).

For example, if our standard size is 1500mm L × 500mm W × 450mm H

But you need 1450mm L × 460mm W × 500mm H

We can do it.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR DELIVERY, PLEASE:

  1. Inspect your order as soon as possible
  2. Report any damages to us within 48 hours and before installation

DAMAGED PACKAGING

We take great care to securely package all of our products and protect them during palletised transport.

In the rare event that damage occurs during transit, please follow the steps below so we can address the problem as quickly as possible.

If the packaging of your product appears damaged, please take clear photographs or videos of the damage before unboxing.

Continue unboxing and inspect the product.

If the product is damaged, email info@customvanity.com.au with the photos or videos attached, and we will assist you.

WHY IMMEDIATE INSPECTION MATTERS

We understand that during a build or renovation, you may want to keep your vanity in its original packaging to protect it until installation.

However, it's important to open and inspect your order upon receipt because:

  • Due to the nature of new builds and renovations, once time has passed, it can be difficult to determine whether damage occurred during transit or on site after delivery or installation.

  • Discovering a problem that requires repair or replacement just before installation will likely cause delays to your project.

  • We use third-party freight carriers, which have strict reporting timeframes. If damage is reported outside of the reporting period, the freight carrier may decline your claim, and we may be unable to recover the costs associated with the damage.

For these reasons, any transit damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’re here to help. If anything isn’t right, just contact our team and we’ll support you through the next steps as quickly as we can.

12 · Missed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order on the scheduled delivery date.

If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the third-party delivery provider may charge a re-delivery fee at their discretion.

These fees are outside of our control, and you will be liable for them.

07 · Can I use my own benchtop?

Yes, if you'd like to pair our vanity with your own stone or another top purchased separately, we can supply the vanity without a top.

08 · Are timber vanities waterproof?

Our timber vanity tops are protected with durable, hard-wearing, industry-standard water-resistant finishes, including hard wax oil, clear 2Pac, and resin.

However, timber vanities are crafted from natural materials (timber) and, as such, require appropriate care.

Water or other liquids should not be left to sit or pool for prolonged periods.

Prolonged exposure to water on any treated timber may cause the coating to deteriorate over time.

If you have any questions about our timber tops, please contact our team to discuss.

We also offer stone benchtops which are a practical choice for high-traffic bathrooms and family-friendly spaces.

Laminate Vanities

01 · What's the difference between timber and laminate?

Our timber vanities are handcrafted using solid natural timber.

Our woodgrain laminate vanities are built using moisture-resistant laminate finishes from leading brands, Polytec and Laminex.

Woodgrain laminate is an engineered (man-made) material designed to replicate the look and feel of real timber.

It is a decorative printed finish applied to a solid substrate, such as moisture-resistant MDF (16mm or 18mm thick, depending on the laminate selected).

02 · I want one of your vanities in a different laminate colour than what's shown on the product page. Is that possible?

Yes, you can choose any laminate colour from Polytec or Laminex.

Both brands offer a wide range of laminate options, including:

  • Woodgrains
  • Whites & neutrals
  • Accent colours

If your preferred colour is not listed on the product page, please contact us directly to place your order, and we’ll issue an invoice via email.

You can reach us via the contact page on our website.

» Please do not pay for your order through the website and then request colour changes. Thank you.

03 · Can you colour-match other areas of my home?

Yes, if you have Polytec or Laminex products in other areas of your home, we can build a vanity to match.

04 · Which brand of drawers do you use?

We use Blum soft-closing drawer systems.

Our standard drawers feature pull-to-open mechanisms.

Push-to-open mechanisms are available on request.

05 · What is the benchtop made of?

As standard, our laminate vanities are supplied with a stone benchtop.

The standard benchtop thickness is 20mm.

Other thicknesses are available on request.

2Pac Painted Vanities

01 · What is 2Pac paint?

2Pac paint is a premium, highly durable coating made by mixing a liquid paint base with a hardener.

2Pac cures through a chemical reaction to create a hard, long-lasting finish.

Widely used in cabinetry, automotive, marine, and industrial applications, 2Pac is valued for its smooth appearance and excellent resistance to scratches, moisture, stains, and everyday wear.

It's also easy to clean, making it an ideal choice for bathroom vanities.

Our 2Pac vanities are professionally spray-finished and are available in your choice of any colour from leading paint brands, including Dulux, Haymes, and Taubmans, with other brands available on request.

02 · Which paint colours do you have?

You can choose any paint colour from brands such as Dulux, Haymes, and Taubmans, including whites, neutrals, and accent colours.

These links will take you to each brand's website, where you can view their full colour ranges:

We can also order colours from other paint brands on request.

When you enquire, simply let us know the brand and colour you'd like.

03 · Which finishes do you offer?

Our standard finish is satin.

You can also choose matt or semi-gloss, if preferred.

04 · Can I order a paint colour sample?

Yes. We recommend ordering paint samples before placing your order so you can see the colour in your own home and lighting conditions.

Paint samples can be ordered directly from the manufacturer's website.

05 · How do I clean a painted vanity?

To keep your 2Pac vanity looking its best, wipe it regularly with a soft microfibre cloth, warm water, and a mild pH-neutral detergent.

Dry the surface after cleaning.

Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, solvents, bleach, or other harsh chemicals, as these may damage the painted finish.

With proper care, a professionally applied 2Pac finish will maintain its appearance for many years to come.

We do not, however, you can source any basin from any brand you like, and we'll create the necessary allowances to suit.

We can also accommodate semi-recessed or undermount basins, but these require different design considerations, and additional stone charges apply.

If you’d like to use a semi-recessed or undermount basin, please contact us to place your order.

» Please only purchase a vanity from our online store if you are using an above-mount basin.

03 · Can you create cut-outs in the stone for bench-mounted taps or mixers?

Yes, we can.

Please contact us for a quote or to place an order.

04 · Do you offer any integrated basin tops?

Yes, we offer integrated stone sinks crafted into the benchtop.

Please contact us for pricing and more information.

Cleaning & Maintenance

01 · What should I use to clean the stone top?

Simple cleaning is best.

Use warm, soapy water with a pH-neutral detergent and a damp microfibre cloth.

Dry off any excess moisture.

This gentle approach will effectively remove everyday residue while preserving the integrity of the surface.

Avoid abrasive pads (e.g., scourers or steel wool), acidic cleaners, or harsh chemical sprays, as these may damage or dull the finish over time.

For tougher stains, you may wish to use a product specifically formulated for stone surfaces, such as Caesarstone®'s Spray or Cream cleansers.

02 · What should I use to clean the timber top?

We recommend the same cleaning method as our stone top vanities.

You may also wish to use a cleaning spray that has been formulated for this purpose, such as Fiddes' Wood Surface Cleaner Spray.
