As bulky freight costs vary significantly between metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote areas, we're unable to offer free delivery to all areas across Australia.

Instead, we'll apply the same dollar-value delivery discount to your order.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR ORDER:

If your delivery fee for one vanity is $350, you'll receive $350 off, making your delivery free.

If the delivery fee for one vanity to your area is $500, you'll also receive $350 off, reducing your delivery fee to $150.

These vanities are available in predetermined sizes, designs, and drawer configurations.

Free delivery is available to selected locations, including:

If your location isn't eligible for free delivery, we'll apply the same dollar-value delivery discount to your order.

For example:

Customers in the free delivery zone save $350 on their delivery fee for one vanity and $450 on their delivery fee for two vanities, making delivery free.

If your delivery fee for one vanity is $500, you'll receive $350 off, reducing your delivery fee to $150.

If your delivery fee for two vanities is $650, you'll receive $450 off, reducing your delivery fee to $200.

Solid Timber Vanities
The solid timber vanities, which can be ordered through our Instant Quote Calculator, have an estimated production lead time of 8 weeks.

Laminate Vanities
The laminate vanities available for purchase through our Online Store have estimated lead times of 4–6 weeks. Please refer to the individual product pages for the current estimated lead time.

Additional Delivery Time
Once your vanity has been completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Eligible orders receive:

Up to $350 off delivery for the first vanity

$100 off delivery for each additional vanity in the same order

We'll provide a real-time delivery price for you and apply the advertised promotional discount to your delivery charge.

09 · As always, delivery is to the ground floor only. Delivery drivers will deliver your order as far as is safely accessible on your property (e.g. driveway, carport, garage, or level front entrance). For safety reasons, third-party delivery drivers cannot carry items up stairs or into construction sites.

10 · The promotional delivery discount covers one standard ground-floor delivery attempt only. Please ensure that you, or someone you nominate, is available to accept delivery on the scheduled delivery date. If no one is present to accept the delivery and re-delivery is required, any associated fees charged by the carrier remain the customer's responsibility.

11 · Delivery availability and promotional eligibility are subject to our current third-party freight network and serviceable locations.

12 · The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or delivery promotion unless otherwise stated.

13 · The promotion applies to delivery charges only and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, exchanged for store credit, or applied to any other charges.
