Getting Started: Custom Vanities Made Easy

Whether you're ready to order, comparing finish options, or just exploring ideas — we're here to help.

Below is a quick step-by-step guide to help you request a quote, finalise your design, and understand what happens next.

Step 1: Share Your Vanity Ideas With Us

We build custom vanities in almost any size, style, or finish.

To get started, send us your vanity ideas — even if you're still in the early stages of planning.


You can include:

  • Measurements (if known; otherwise, estimates are fine to start with)

  • Mounting style (wall-hung, floor-mounted, freestanding)

  • Design inspiration (modern, traditional, etc.)

  • Finish preferences (if known)


Finishes

We offer the following finishes:

  • Solid Timber

  • Timber Veneer

  • Laminate (Laminex or Polytec)

  • 2-Pack Painted Finish

Step 2: Receive Your Quote

We'll respond to your enquiry within 1 business day.

If anything is unclear, we’ll follow up with questions to ensure we understand your project requirements and quote accurately.

Step 3: Finalise Your Design Details

We'll collaborate with you to refine every detail of your vanity — including dimensions, finish, configuration, basin and tap placement, plumbing provisions, and more to ensure it's just right for your project.

Step 4: Confirm & Place Your Order

Once you're happy with the design and quote, we’ll email you an invoice to get started.


Payment Terms:

  • Timber vanities: 50% deposit required to confirm your order.

  • Laminate and 2-Pack vanities: Paid in full at the time of ordering.


Payment Methods:

  • Direct deposit (bank transfer)

  • Online card payment (1.7% card processing fee)

Step 5: Production & Lead Time

Each vanity is built to order and lead times vary depending on the finish and design.

As a general guide:

  • Solid Timber: 8 weeks

  • Timber Veneer: 6–7 weeks

  • Laminate: 4–5 weeks

  • 2-Pack: 6–7 weeks


Your quote will include an estimated timeframe based on your selections.

Step 6: Delivery or Collection

We offer Australia-wide delivery via trusted third-party freight providers.

You are also welcome to collect from our Currumbin Waters workshop, by appointment.

Step 7: Installation

We are a supply only business.

Installation will need to be arranged with your builder or another licensed tradesperson.

Step 8: Vanity Care & Maintenance

When cleaning your product, including vanities or mirrored cabinets — simplicity is best.

  • We recommend using a clean microfibre cloth with warm water and a pH-neutral soap only.

    Be sure to dry off any excess moisture afterward.

  • Never use abrasive materials such as scourers or harsh chemical cleaners containing:

    • Bleach,

    • Acidic substances,

    • Alcohol,

    • Solvents, or

    • Ammonia


    These can damage the coating, stone, laminate, or mirror over time.

    TIMBER VANITY TOPS
    While our timber tops have been coated with clear resin and hard wax oils for enhanced protection and durability, it is important to always wipe up any spills and avoid leaving water or other bathroom products to sit and pool for prolonged periods of time.

    Water or other liquids left on treated timber or laminate for extended periods may cause damage.
