1. How will I receive my vanity?
For orders within South East QLD and Northern NSW areas, we use local third-party delivery drivers.

We deliver Australia wide using third-party freight providers such as TNT, Mainfreight, and Northline.

2. How long will it take to receive my vanity?
The lead time will be stated to you prior to placing the order (e.g., 8—10 weeks).

You can find this information in our email correspondence and on your invoice.

This is the estimated time frame that your order will be completed in and does not include delivery.

Depending on where you are located and the size of your order, delivery times may vary between 3-10 business days.

3. Prior to Delivery
Prior to delivery, you will be contacted to confirm the following information:

  • The delivery address,

  • Your contact details, and

  • Confirmation that there will be people on-site to receive your order

4. Upon Delivery
Please note that, due to insurance reasons, third-party drivers will deliver your order to the kerbside only and will not bring the products into your premises. We therefore recommend arranging for additional people on-site to assist with receiving and moving the order.

All of our vanities will require two or more people to move them safely.

Please inspect that you have received all of the items as listed on your invoice.

If there are any missing or additional items, please notify the driver immediately.

5. Missed Deliveries
Please ensure someone is home to receive your order on the scheduled delivery date. If you miss the delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee at the third-party provider’s discretion.

6. Checking & Reporting Problems within 48 Hours
We take great care to protect your order during its journey to you — but accidents can happen.

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect your order and notify us of any problems or damages within 48 hours.

We’re here to help—just let us know if something’s wrong, and we’ll work on resolving it as quickly as we can.

We understand that, in circumstances where your build or renovation is still ongoing, you may want to keep the vanity in its original packaging to keep it safe until it’s ready to be installed. However, it is important to check the vanity as soon as possible after receiving it to ensure that everything is correct, as ordered, and that no damage has occurred during transit.

After the 48 hour period, it may not be possible to determine whether damages occurred during or after delivery.

Discovering a problem that requires repair or replacement just before installation may also delay your build schedule.
